Is this site secure and safe to shop on?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Can I purchase a GIFT CARD for someone?

Yes, e-GIFT CARDS are available and can be customized with a personal written message.  You can select a specific date and time for the GIFT CARD to be delivered via email or text message. 

A Phoenix Luxe GIFT CARD is the perfect gift for someone special any time of the year or a great way to show your appreciation for a job well done.

How long does delivery take and how can I track my items?

Delivery is expected to be within 3-8 business days, depending on your location and which global warehouse the items are coming from.  Please note, shipping times are based on the time from order processing (includes payment collection) and are intended to be indicative only.  For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages depending on inventory, so please keep this in mind when receiving your delivery. If shipments are split up, you will receive tracking numbers for all packages.  Phoenix Luxe cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in payment approval, clearing customs, weather and other such matters.

 

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships from the warehouse.

We add new inventory 4-5 times a week so be sure to check back frequently for Awesome Must-Have’s or new Designer Collections.
