Phoenix Luxe Is pleased to offer a 14 day return policy from the day the package is delivered to you.  If you would like to make a return, please visit our Returns Guidelines here. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note that orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not been shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hour period has expired will incur a $50 cancellation fee and any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be canceled.  Cancellation requests must be initiated through our concierge service by emailing customercare@phoenixluxeboutique.com and include order number.  A Phoenix Luxe concierge will respond with instructions and next steps.
